About the Opportunity
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Full Stack Web Developer to join our team on a 3-month contract with the potential for extension. This role is crucial for our upcoming website redesign and implementation. You will be responsible for converting high-fidelity website designs into a modern, fully functional, and high-performing website using a Premium WordPress Theme and the Elementor Page Builder.
The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in front-end and back-end development, an expert understanding of WordPress architecture, and proven experience with essential marketing and automation tool integrations. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) role requiring dedication during standard Australian business hours.

- Reporting To: Director of GTM and Partnerships, with project oversight from an External Senior Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Website Development & Conversion: Convert provided designs (in PSD format) into pixel-perfect, fully responsive web pages using Elementor on a Premium WordPress Theme. Ensure the design translates flawlessly across all modern browsers and device types/sizes (desktop, tablet, mobile).
- Responsiveness & Performance: Guarantee optimal website performance, speed, and responsiveness. Conduct thorough cross-browser and cross-device testing.
- Integration & Automation: Implement and manage integrations with key business tools and our tech stack, including HubSpot, Storylane, Slack, and other relevant platforms.
- Code Management: Utilise GitHub for version control, collaborative development, and deployment workflows. Maintain clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
- Maintenance & Deployment: Possess sound knowledge of Web Hosting environments and best practices for deployment, security, and ongoing maintenance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of GTM and Partnerships and an External Senior Project Manager to meet project milestones, deadlines, and technical specifications.
Required Skills & Expertise
- WordPress & Elementor Expertise: Deep, practical experience developing complex, custom websites using the WordPress CMS and the Elementor Page Builder (including custom widget development/enhancements where necessary).
- Web Fundamentals: Proficient in core web technologies:
- HTML5 and CSS3 (SASS/LESS knowledge is a plus).
- JavaScript (ES6+) and modern frameworks/libraries knowledge is beneficial.
- PHP for custom WordPress development, theme/plugin modification, and back-end logic.
- Design Conversion: Proven ability to accurately translate static designs (PSD format) into dynamic, functional websites.
- Integrations & Automation: Practical experience connecting WordPress websites with third-party services and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot and Slack.
- Version Control: Sound knowledge and exposure to GitHub for repository management, branching, merging, and collaboration.
- Web Hosting: Understanding of standard web hosting configurations, cPanel/Plesk environments, CDN setup, caching mechanisms, and SSL implementation. Knowledge and experience with WPEngine preferred.
